JAPAN RELIEF: Superstar iTunes Compilation on Sale Now

38 superstars from all ends of the musical spectrum have contributed songs to a digital compilation to raise money for Japanese disaster relief. 100 percent of the proceeds from the album, which is now on sale on iTunes for $9.99, will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross or its international affiliates.
