GARTH SUES HOSPITAL FOR DONATION BACK!

Garth Brooks is suing his hometown hospital-Integris Valley Hospital in Yukon, Oklahoma after the hospital reneged on a promise to name a building after his late Mother, Colleen--after he donated half a million dollars. But, when the hospital decided not to name the hospital building after his mother, they did not return the donation.
Garth & his wife, Trisha entered the courtroom for the start of the civil trial today...(Tuesday).
Garth says that the hospital had even showed him mock-up scale drawings with his mother's name on a new building before he made the donation and says they told him that his donation was specifically for that building.
When the hospital notified Garth that it wasn't attaching naming rights to his gift, he asked for his money back and was turned down, according to the petition. He is seeking his $500,000 back along with punitive damages.
Garth's Mom, Colleen Brooks, died of cancer in 1999.
