   TAYLOR SWIFT just found her "Dream House"--and paid CASH for it!   $17.75 MILLION-CASH for the property.  She even saved a few bucks by paying cash for it.  It was originally listed for $24 Million. (What a deal!)
It is a mansion that sits on 5.23 acres on what is beleived to be the highest point of direct  waterfront land on the entire Eastern Seaboard, from Florida to New England.

    The house features:  8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a 5-car heated garage, a fully equipped service kitchen, and an outdoor pool with an adjoining pool house-fitness center!

     TRACE ADKINS broke his foot the other day!  

     TRACE has been in Canada shooting a new movie.  A re-make of the western, "THE VIRGINIAN" ...and he thinks he broke it there while filming. He

   has been busy.  He still is on NBC's "The Apprentice" and doing very well--again!  He is also working on a new album, "LOVE WILL...." which is coming out May 14th!    Get well Trace!  And take it easy!!

  CHRIS is busy right now, though.  He is headlining his "LIQUID NEON" Tour for the first part of this year and then plans to join BRAD PAISLEY on his "BEAT THIS SUMMER"  Tour which begins May 9th and runs through the end of August.  

   ACM MALE VOCALIST OF THE YEAR--JASON ALDEAN fast approaching one of the biggest moments of his career this weekend!
He gets ready to play in front of 60,000 friends at the University of Georgia's SANFORD STADIUM. It is the first concert to ever play there.  JASON's tickets sold-out there in less than an hour last October.
   LUKE BRYAN is his opening act.  They are excited!  They are both born & raised in Georgia and are both big fans of the Georgia Bulldogs.

So, it is a very special time for the two of them...especially since JASON just won MALE VOCALIST & LUKE won ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR-just last week!  This is the first show for them since they won.

   The "NIGHT TRAIN TOUR" rolls on...

 

      Just a few months ago, LUKE BRYAN was the opening act for so many big Country stars!   And now-here he is as ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR at the ACM Awards Sunday night, (4/7).  When his name was announced as the winner, he broke down crying. LUKE said he never thought he would even come close as he was up against 2-time winner, TAYLOR SWIFT, as well as, BLAKE SHELTON, MIRANDA LAMBERT, & JASON ALDEAN.   So, no one was more surprised than LUKE when the name LUKE BRYAN was announced!

      Backstage, LUKE said he was thinking of all the special people in his life that he has lost--his older brother & sister.
 

       LUKE was the first male to win the coveted "ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR" since 2007 when KENNY CHESNEY won it. TAYLOR & CARRIE UNDERWOOD each won 2 apiece since then.

      Congratulations to a great guy!

   These boots are made for walking!    MIRANDA LAMBERT is launching her own line of shoes & boots.   She has signed a deal with RICH FOOTWAEAR GROUP to launch a line of women's footwear in the United States & Canada. 
    MIRANDA will be hands-on and design her line that will include casual, dress, sandals, & boots!
    "From country to rock 'n roll-my goal is to style shoes that fit your inner outlaw...." MIRANDA says.  "Being involved in the creative part and hand-on development of my footwear brand is a dream come true!"
 

   MIRANDA's shoe will become available in department stores, specialty footwear, and national retail chain stores as early as 2014.

 

 

    CARRIE is in the midst of her "BLOWN AWAY TOUR"-which she kicked off in January, and so far, every date has been sold out!  That means 22 sold-out performances!   She is on AMERICAN IDOL this week to sing her new song, "See You Again," and with a performance scheduled for Sunday's ACM Awards-where she is nominated for FEMALE VOCALIST & ALBUM OF THE YEAR. 

 

   THE BAND PERRY finally release their long-awaited second album, "PIONEER" today (Tuesday).  And lead singer Kimberly Perry says the album's title pretty much reflects the journey the 3 have been on since releasing their first album a few years ago.

    This is also a very big week for the 3 siblings...this weekend, they will be in Las Vegas to perform as part of the ACM Party for a "CAUSE FESTIVAL" to benefit Outnumber Hunger on Friday night and then they attend the ACM Awards on Sunday--where they have been nominated for "VOCAL GROUP OF THE YEAR" and you can watch it on CBS-TV. 

 

   BLAKE SHELTON is on the cover of the new issue of PEOPLE Magazine.  He addresses all the rumors of his marriage to Miranda that some tabloids say is on the rocks.   "ALL LIES!"  He and Miranda are happily married.  He says he feels like a "target" now that he is on THE VOICE as a judge and with a new cd out.   
 

   BLAKE also has his new album out this week..."BASED ON A TRUE STORY" and says it is a true reflection of his life right now.  He will also be making the media rounds including: performing on the "Tonight Show" on April 2nd.

 

 

  GEORGE STRAIT is getting ready to release his new album--his 40th studio album!   "LOVE IS EVERYTHING" is set to be hitting the shelves on MAY 14th. And his fans cannot wait!
  The Country Music Hall of Famer was hoping to write alot of songs over his Christmas break.  But, George says he only picks the best songs--and not necessarily songs that he writes.   

  GEORGE is in the midst of his "Cowboy Rides Away" tour and his latest single, "Give It All We Got Tonight" is climbing the charts fast.  And even though he is not expected to tour again, he has made it clear, he will not stop recording. He is now in his 4th decade of recording great songs!   George has his 61st birthday coming up on May 18th!
  There is still a big push to make the latest single from KING GEORGE to be his 60th Number 1 song!

   KEITH URBAN & his wife, NICOLE KIDMAN go to great lengths for love!  One side of the planet to the other side.
 

Both are busy with their careers. But, they always find time to be together.

   KEITH is busy being a judge on "AMERICAN IDOL" and even working on a new album while NICOLE is in London filming a new movie.  Even if it is just for 24 hours, he will fly over to London just to say hello and give her a hug, or maybe, stay a couple days.
 

  Nicole says the romance of flying all over the world for her is not lost on her. She says, "I love it that he is that crazy enough to get on a plane and come over for 24 hours.  But that craziness is rooted in love and a freindship for each other.  The friendship is just as important as love-and it builds over time. I know how lucky I am".
 Nicole says once she is done filming her latest movie Keith will not have to go to such extremes to see her & their girls. She says, "Once I've finished filming, I'm going to be the wife by his side because it's family time". 

  
 

    PARADE Magazine just issued their annual "What People Earn" issue.  

 

      CARRIE UNDERWOOD turns 30 this weekend!   But she has made it clear that she is celebrating "the first anniversary" of her 29th Birthday! She is calling it more of an anniversary than a birthday. But, she says she will blow out candles and stuff-'cause she wants her wish!  

      CARRIE plans on having a nice quiet rare date night with her husband, Mike Fisher.  Happy "Anniversary" Carrie!!  :D

   When Alan and his wife, Denise orignally sat down to come up with a list of songs to put on the first album, there were so many that they could not fit all of them on the album. Thus, the second one which will come out later in March. 

    It was the Premiere of the "ALL-STAR CELEBRITY APPRENTICE" Sunday night (3/3) on NBC-TV. And TRACE ADKINS came away a big winner!   TRACE was Project Manager for his team, (Plan B) in a meatball challenge, in which the teams had to raise money by selling homemade meatballs.

    TRACE made a risky decision to close the meatball shop to the public and only accept donations from major donors.  But, in the end it was a risk worth taking!   His team raised over $419,000--beating out "Team Power" and as the winner of the challenge, TRACE was awarded all the money for his favorite charity, The Red Cross.
 

    Trace's whole reason for coming back to the show this season, was to raise money for the Red Cross and to help repay them for all the help they gave him when his own home was destroyed by fire in 2011.   The Red Cross was among the first reponders to his home after the fire.  TRACE says the Red Cross responds to over 70,000 house fires a year. And sometimes, that is the only thing those people have when they have no where else to go.

      It's Back!    CELEBRITY APPRENTICE!  And this time TRACE ADKINS returns to pay it forward on the "ALL-STAR CELEBRITY APPRENTICE" this Sunday night on NBC-TV.  TRACE returns to help raise money for one of his favorite chairties.  The Red Cross.  They are his charity because they helped when his house burned down 2 years ago.
 

    TRACE is also working on a new album of love songs that is due out later this Spring as well as his very first Christmas project.  TRACE is also busy acting in a few movie roles-that include a western and a comedy.

    TRACE came in as runner-up the last time he was on Celebrity Apprentice and he was beat out by Pierce Morgan who won on that season..

    I think Trace is back to win it all this time for The Red Cross!
