Congratulations to Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum, who is an uncle again. US Weekly broke the news yesterday that his brother, fellow country singer, Josh Kelley and his wife Katherine Heigl have adopted a second daughter. They adopted their first daughter, Naleigh, from South Korea back in 2009. Katherine told US Weekly, “My sister Meg is Korean, and my parents adopted her three years before I was born. I wanted my own family to resemble the one I came from, so I always knew I wanted to adopt from Korea.” She and Josh have also talked about having biological children but they wanted to adopt first.
Blake REALLY wants a duet with Christina.....
A couple of weeks ago I told you about a tweet Christina Aguilera sent out to Blake Shelton after an episode of The Voice that said, “Now we need to team up for a country duet Blake!! I”m down!! Let”s go! (sic)’.” Blake says he absolutely wants to record a duet with Christina. “Well you know it’s an understatement to say that I’m open to singing a duet with Christina Aguilera,” he told First Coast News. “More like I would pay her, I would beg her, I’ll wash her car, I’ll clean her house, I’ll babysit her kid. I’ll do whatever I need to do to get that done.”
