MARTINA McBRIDE is taking on a new role at the Academy of Country Music Awards this Sunday: WEDDING SINGER!
She will perform her new single, "MARRY ME" while a couple from New Jersey gets married on stage.
For the first time in awards history--a live wedding ceremony will take place. Martina handpicked the lucky couple-Christina Davidson & her fiance Frank Tucci to tie the knot during her performance in Las Vegas. They both lost their spouses in 2009 and met at a support group for young widows & widowers that Christina started in their community.
Look for the LIVE ceremony this Sunday night during the ACM Awards on CBS-TV.
