Urban Upstaged, Hillary meets a Koala!
by Josh Roberts,posted Apr 12 2011 3:32PM
Keith Urban routinely invites an audience member to perform with him -- and every once in a while, he gets upstaged. That was the case this weekend in Adelaide, Australia when six-year-old Nathan took the stage. The young man was poised and uber cool as they performed "Days Go By," but Mom, who posted a video on YouTube, was so excited you can barely hear Nathan sing.
Backstage at the ACM Awards, Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott said that one of the things she was most looking forward to while touring Australia was petting a koala. Yesterday, at a Sydney radio station, she checked that off of her to-do list when she met Mikey -- a 12-month-old koala.
To be fair, the first thing on Hill's list was to meet and make new fans Down Under.
