As we come to the end of January, how are you doing on your New Year Resolutions? Look, even if you slipped or haven’t done very well…you can still pick it back up and start again. No one says that just because you falter that you’re done…right?
I’m still working on mine…reading at least 30 minutes a day and doing some sort of exercise a day, even if it’s just push ups. As a matter of fact, before the month is over I will have done more than 4,500 push ups this month! Each hash mark on my desk calendar is 30 push ups that I do at the top of every hour for the first 7 hours of my work day, hoping to increase that as we move into February.
Keep going, start over, pick em back up….oh whatever fits where you are with your resolutions. We got this!
