Sweepstakes Rules
Great Plains Media/WIBL-FM 107.7 The Bull will conduct the Miller Lite Moneyball Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) for the chance to win a to be determined cash prize of $500. (The “Prize”)
WHO CAN ENTER
1.) The Sweepstakes is open to those persons 21 and older, and who are legal US citizens and reside in the state of Illinois.
2.) Employees of Great Plains Media/107.7 The Bull/ Cities 92.9/ The New Magic 99.5, its parents, subsidiaries, Sweepstakes sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any other McLean and Livingston area radio stations and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Sweepstakes.
3.) Persons who have won another Sweepstakes or promotion with a prize over $500 from 107.7 The Bull within 30 calendar days before are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER / WIN
4.) No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and restrictions apply.
5.) To enter, starting Monday, March 17th, 2024 through Monday, April 8th, 2024, visit participating sponsor locations and scan the Miller Lite QR Code and fill out the form you are prompted with and you are in the running to win. You may have multiple entries by visiting different locations and registering at each one, each entry will make your chances of winning a little higher. You may only enter once per day. We will randomly select the Grand Prize winner who will win the $500 prize. PRIZES
6.) Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries.
7.) The Prize Winners must present a valid Illinois state issued picture ID in order to claim and receive their Prize.
8.) The Prize Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on such Prize. The Winner must claim The Prize within 30 days of being awarded. In the event that The Prize Winner fails to claim The Prize within such 30-day period, such Winner shall forfeit The Prize and no other Winner will be chosen.
OTHER RULES
9.) 107.7 The Bull shall not be responsible for misdialed or misdirected phone calls. Stations are not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, electronic problems or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing a phone call or for any technical malfunction related to any telephone connection, servers, routers, internet access, website access or any other technical problem that may impact entry, participation or prize claim.
10.) By participating in The Sweepstakes, each Sweepstakesant consents to 107.7 The Bull and its affiliates, employees, agents and all other related sponsors using for advertising and/or other promotional purposes, without additional compensation. Each Sweepstakesant’s image, voice and/or biographical information on radio or TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements and/or any other medium in connection with such Sweepstakesant’s participation in The Sweepstakes.
11.) 107.7 The Bull accepts no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession and/or use of a Prize. In addition, the Winner will be required to sign a release form to collect their Prize. Failure or refusal to sign such release form will result in forfeiture of such Prize
12.) 107.7 The Bull reserves the right to: (a) terminate or declare The Sweepstakes null and void and rescind one or more of the Prizes, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Sweepstakes have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Sweepstakes; (b) alter or amend these Sweepstakes rules at any time; and (c) stop or conclude the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
13.) 107.7 The Bull management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and the interpretation of these Sweepstakes rules. The decisions of 107.7 The Bull shall be final. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes agreement by Sweepstakesants to abide by these rules. Station reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entry at their sole discretion. If a Winner is found in violation of these rules or is otherwise disqualified by 107.7 The Bull, in its sole judgment, then he/she may be required by 107.7 The Bull to forfeit his/her Prize.
14.) All Prizes awarded through 107.7 The Bull are non-transferable, nor may a prize be substituted at the request of the Sweepstakes winner, nor may a prize be substituted for cash. 107.7 The Bull reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event, the specified prize becomes unavailable.
15.) If a Prize is forfeited under these rules, then it will remain the property of 107.7 The Bull and a new winner of such Prize will not be selected.
16.) In the event of any dispute pertaining to this Sweepstakes, the decision of the 107.7 The Bull management is final.
17.) A complete copy of the rules are available at the 107.7 The Bull studio, 108 Boeykens PL, Normal, IL 61761, during normal business hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 18.) The name of any Winner(s) will be available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to 107.7 The Bull above address, attn: GPM Miller Lite Moneyball Winner’s List.
