If you’re anything like me when it comes to Pistachios…once you open the bag, you can’t close it until it’s empty.  Now, if I were talking about a little snack pack that would be one thing, but it’s like a two or three pound bag!  So there I sat, the pistachio bag to my left and a huge honkin bowl on my lap for the shells, and Lola the Amazing Chihuahua waiting for me to drop one (yeah, right!).  I have a problem, I admit it…I need help.
