There are now 12,262 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 307 deaths, in 73 counties in Illinois as of Monday, April 6.The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) announced 1,006 new cases of coronavirus disease in Illinois, including 33 additional deaths.
Meanwhile, McLean County Health reports four additional COVID-19 cases bringing that total to 48.
There are five cases being hospitalized with 28 at home in isolation.
As of Tuesday, 12 people have recovered after testing positive for the virus. McLean County has had two COVID-19-related deaths
